FAQ

Do you have a battery operated device? No. When the Vacurect™ was created, we wanted to make it as simple to use as possible. You control the rate of the vacuum pressure and you do not have to worry about drained batteries and insufficient vacuum pressure.

Why choose the Vacurect™ over other systems? The Vacurect™ is simply, the easiest to use vacuum erection device on the market. There is no assembly process, no stretching of a rubber band ring, no trimming of the pubic hair and no constant changing of batteries. If you are looking for a product that works on a moments notice, achieves and maintains full rigid erections then you found the solution with the Vacurect™.

How do I know what size tension system to use? You will start with the largest size tension system and work your way down until you find the size that will best maintain the erection.

How long before I need to replace my tension system? Each tension system is designed to last for 2-3 years, depending on how often it is used. Our tension systems are reasonably priced so that if you do lose one or need to replace one it won't break the bank when that time comes.

Is this a penis pump? Technically, yes this is a penis pump. However, this is a medical grade vacuum erection device registered with the FDA and is much more effective than any other penis pump.

What type of lubricant can I use? We recommend that you use a water based personal lubricant when using the Vacurect™.

Does Medicare cover vacuum erection devices? No. Congress excluded vacuum erection devices from coverage under Medicare and Medicare replacement plans in December 2014. However, if you have a private insurance plan that agrees to pay for the device, we can supply a detailed item receipt so that you can file a reimbursement claim with your private insurance company.

What is your return policy? Both Vacurect™ packages have a 30 day 80% money back guarantee. All other products are non-refundable.

Shipping: All products are shipped discreetly. Orders are processed the next business day.
